Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
• Serves as lead maintenance technician.
• Monitors performance of operations and housekeeping associates in absence of Operations Manager.
• Maintains efficiency and safety of all equipment.
• Troubleshoots equipment and does preventative maintenance.
• Coordinates with the Operations Manager to establish priorities and schedules the work to satisfy production needs.
• Assists Operations Manager in coordinating with contractors and vendors for required equipment and services.
• Identifies parts and equipment needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Responsible for day to day maintenance, performing minor and routine maintenance/repair including, but not limited to: carpentry, electrical, roofing, plumbing, painting, general hardware.
• Monitors and maintains window signage and performs banner postings/removals.
• Ensures daily work orders assigned by the Operations Manager are completed.
• Clean restrooms and assist with stocking of supplies when needed.
• Perform janitorial and custodial work when needed.
• Attend safety meetings.
• Provide outstanding internal and external guest service at all times.
• Assist with other assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Working knowledge and safe handling of hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts and other items used to complete your job function.
• Ability to stand and walk all day.
• Previous maintenance experience is required.
• Ability to work outside in extreme heat or cold conditions.
• Ability to communicate with direct-connect or phone.
• Ability to bend and stoop to lift minimum of 50+ lbs.
• Ability to climb a ladder/stairs and work at different heights.
• High School Diploma / GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years Experience in similar setting preferred.
• Speak English / Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to work variable and/or rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
